Re: system tray problem

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I use bbSysTray instead of the class -- works well; worth teh money in my
opinion.

hi to all,

one of the new features when vfp8 came out was the ability to put an app in
the system tray, and i've run a few test on it then... however, i found that
it has some problems when the focus is lost either while the popup is visible
or clicking another object like the desktop or the hide/show button in the
the tray, the app will just stop responding... the only way to go about it is
to 'kill' the process and launch it again...

i am planning to use this feature in vfp9 and just want to know if such
behavior was fixed or not... any tips or feedback on this will be highly
appreciated...

btw, i'm still using vfp8 and i'm happy with i so far... and still
'thinking' whether to move to vfp9 or another 'tool'...

TIA,

allan
