It does look odd. The only thing that I can think of is .dbc
code acting up. Maybe, there is something weird about your stored
procedures.
Check your use of program(), sys(16), and related functions and
properties. They can behave slightly differently in each environment.
(As to differences between development and run-time, I had to
write my app to recognise which was the case in order to get the Adobe
PDF printer drive to work.)
