OF LINE AND IS DISABLED, CONTROL WILL SKIP (DISABLED CONTROLLED)
DURING RUNTIME.

Please turn off capslock. It's considered by many to be SHOUTING and RUDE.

Menu colors are controlled by Windows. Right click on your windows desktop,
choose properties, and then on the appearances tab you can choose menus to
set colors. This is a user setting and you should respect their setting
(which may be caused by a visual impairment after all).

To get a disabled menu item, click Options in the menu designer and add .T.
in the Skip For column.
