VFP Toolkit for .NET compatible w/ .NET 2.0?

Just building my VFP9 environment and noticed the

..NET Samples for VFP Developers

and the VFP Toolkit for .NET

http://foxcentral.net/microsoft/VFPToolkitNET.htm

are pretty old. Anyone know if .NET v2.0 breaks them?
