Dan,
My user is definitely logging on with full administrative rights when he is
trying to run our application. The user has checked that the DLLs' you
mention are registered.
He has also run a secure file check, reinstalled Internet
Explorer, reset the scripting and active-x controls to default and uninstalled
any software that could be confliciting, eg Mozilla Firefox etc.
He is now at a point where he thinks it is going to be easier to rebuild the
machine.
I had hoped we could avoid having him do this.
Has anybody else hit this problem. I feel it cann't be a one-off?
