I agree. Unfortunately, our update process prevents us from doing this
because when we roll out an update, there is more then just changed fields.
Because of this, we roll out the new database and import the data from the
old. IOW, we don't take advantage of the wonderfull things Stonefield can
do. To top it off, we discovered a bug/flaw/feature by design in the error
trap that stonefield uses that was causing our app to lock if there were
certain table problems. In all fairness to stonefield, I'm not sure if that
is stonefields problem, or something in our app because I haven't had time
to research it.
