vfp 7 Vs vfp9

i hava application runing allready in visual fox 7, i buy the visual fox 9
these is en english because the dealer rell me the only languaje availble was
english but when i do the follow instruction i get the result in english
CDOW(DATE()), my windows xp prof is in spanish and all the regional and
language options are for the spanish.
