SV: VFP8.0 ODBC driver not in the list of ODBC drivers

There no updated ODBC driver for VFP7, 8 or 9. Since VFP7 an OLE DB driver,
VFPOLEDB.DLL, is supplied. The ODBC driver is ok but of course cannot handle
any of the database enhancements introduced in later version of VFP.
