"Kiosk" Application

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I am writing an application that runs in a production environment. I
would like the application to run from a logon script and never show
the Windows taskbar. I want to lock the user completely out of
Windows.

Does anybody have suggestions on the best way to do this?
