Threads missing from Outlook Express Folder

I run into this weird problem every now and then. The threads go missing
from my Outlook Express folder while they still exist when I log on to the
newsgroup through Internet Explorer. For instance, today, I can't see any of
the threads started by me after 10/6/2004.

Has anyone else encountered this before and is so, what is the fix ? I am
using OE 6.0 on a Windoes ME machine.
