How to sort a Grid by clicking on Column Header

I want to sort my grid by clicking on the column headers much like the
Windows Explorer. I am sure Windows has it somewhere in its API but I don't
know where to look and how to use it.

If someone has developed this kind of grid and don't mind sharing it, I
will really appreciate.

I am using VFP 6 under Win XP Pro.
