Now the resource files works fine, but with another problem.
first line of the command didn't work. any clue?

COMMAND= _SCREEN.Closable=.F.
COMMAND= _SCREEN.CAPTION = "Visual FoxPro."
RESOURCE=c:\temp\foxuser.dbf
