FoxPro 9.0 Beta Installation problems

When trying to install the beta version of FoxPro 9.0, I receive the
following message: "Setup has detected that some of the software components
that are installed on your computer do not match the version required for
Visual FoxPro. You must install a different version of these components."
OS is Windows 2000, and I just installed Service Pack 4. Any thoughts on
what to do next?
