Hi Gene,
I figured the OP would have some development time ahead of him and that his
app wouldn't be ready before VFP9 hit store shelves.
I don't buy the "folly to run ... a recent release." Although there may be
undiscovered bugs in some new features, many bugs in long-standing features
are fixed in each new version.
