If you cannot access the MS bug report sites, e.g.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=867477
you can always discuss any VFP issues here and certainly you'll
find somebody who will forward for reports you.
If you want to report a bug, it might be useful to post a
description including "observed" and "expected" bahaviour
and steps to reproduce the bug, preferably in a few lines of code.
