Hi Mohammed,
I find that for new users a good way to learn VFP is by using a framework,
you can search on the Wikis using the word <Framework> to find information
about different products available on the market

A framework will have all the standard functionality in the final product to
get you started and you can learn from their coding. The one I use is
Visual ProMatrix, but all of them are pretty good.
