Hi Brian:

This is an interesting question. I hope you get some good "real world"
feedback from developers.

I have worked with a few developers who were actively pursuing this
certification for their VFP programs. In most cases, they did so because
their customers made it mandatory for them to install the programs. I few
wanted to simply use it as another selling point for their applications.
