Thanks for the response. I've used both grids and browse windows, but the thing is, my transaction file contains codes that corresponds to a lookup file for it's meaning. What I would like to know is how to display the records that is as if, the records would be the print-out report that would be seen if the records would be printed to the printer console. I'm thinking of formatting the putput to a text file then displaying it through a text box, is this the common and the best programming practice? Thanks so many...
