Hi Rick,

Thanks for your answer, problem is that AntiVirus is NOT running. System is
slow even if I switch antivirus off. I tried to uninstall antivirus but no
success. The only thing that fix this problem is to use function that
restores system WinXP (you will get same system setting as it used be
before) Do you have any other idea ?

It's CRITICAL that if there is a Virus checker running on a workstation
and/or server that it be configured to NOT actively check standard FoxPro
files (.DBF, .FPT, .CDX) and on developer systems all the other file types.
The basic information in the following article also applies to other AV apps
