Does Visual Fox 8.0 support code page 1250?

I'm using Microsoft Visual Fox Pro 8.0 and MSDE. My Regional settings are set to Serbian (Latin) and I'm using code page 1250. The database collation is set to SQL_Latin1_General_CP1250_CI_AS.

When I type Serbian specific characters Fox shows them regularly but MSDE shows some strange characters instead. When I insert Serbian characters directly into MSDE table, MSDE shows them ok while Fox removes "hats" from characters.
I've tried with C# and everything worked fine.

This is very annoying and it gets worse when I try to switch to Cyrillic.

Is there any Central European language pack for Microsoft Visual Fox 8.0 or some other solution? Just don't tell me that I have to change Fox and translate my programs to C# or Visual Basic.
The solution must work under Windows 98/XP/2000/2003!!!

PLEASE HELP!
