Product key invalid



hi, i bought a laptop yesterday and it is asking for the product key for
vista home premium, i have located the number and have typed it in again and
again and again, it says invalid. I have typed the number correctly and
everything even my parents have had a turn but to no advil. Yes it does say
invalid not inuse, so please help me........
