As you have been told elsewhere, keep the old PC.
You must have the source code to recompile. Try to contact the original
developer to get the source code.
You may purchase REFOX *if* you have the rights to decompile, meaning you
actually own the application.
I would not convert to VFP 6 anyway because it is three full versions behind
the currently shipping version.
