Sounds like you have been black listed which means
spammers have been using your mail server to relay their
junk. You need to do two things:
1: Stop relaying by:
Open the properties of the Default SMTP Virtual Server
(in sys manager under your server and protocols, SMTP)
On the Access tab, click Relay.
Click Only the list below, click Add, and then add the
hosts that need to use this SMTP host to send email.
2: Get yourself removed from the blacklist - there should
be some information in the non delivery message - you
need to contact the company operating the blacklist and
ask for their help.
