exchange2k spam infected? disable relay agent? pls help

im having exchange serve 2k on win2k adv server with sp4.

from the last 2 days im facing a problem that all outgoing
mails r delayed. i get this error message:

and also know that all incoming mails work perfectly fine.
this delay is forever cos none of the recipients have
received any

mails from our side.

i have been told that my exchange server is infected by
spam & this is because it is acting as an relay agent. if
this is

true,

how do i get rid of this spam infection?

how do i disable my exchange server from acting as a relay
agent? is this a solution for the above? & is this
advisable?

im not sure which sp my exchange srvr is running on? how
do i determine this?

also i checked my application log & i found this:

does this event have anything to do with this above error
im facing.

please advice me on how to reslove this at the earliest.
