Okay so when you do a restore to a recovery server you must dismount and
CLEAR OUT the database and log file directories. If you have an E00.log
file in the directory it did not come along with the restore. Because
E00.log is the current log file it is in use when you make a backup and
therefore is not backed up.

You need to clean out the database and log file directories before you do
the restore.

The mail store will not mount, I get the error :
Information store(1928) the log file stamp of log file
c:\program files\exchsrvr\mdbdata\E00.log does not match
the database engine version stamp. The log files may be
the wrong version for the database.
