Hello David,

Unless you specifically set the OL profile for authentication to "None" then
OL will only prompt for credentials if it is not logged onto the domain
where Exchange lives. Be sure the user is on the domain and be sure the
profile (Security tab of the Microsoft Exchange Server service in OL) is set
to Pasword Authentication (depending on the version of Outlook)

The one XP machine not sending mail, be sure to check its mailbox. Does it
see ALL users in the Global Address List?
