Help Pls: What is Causing Evt ID 1001/MSexchangetransport?

    We have just started receiving this error in the app log today, every 3
    minutes. Can someone help us understand what might be causing it? I've
    searched the web and newsgroups with no clues. This is on e2K std/W2k std.
    The message we're getting is as follows, 4 identical entries every 3 minutes.
     Otherwise, email seems to be working fine, no other obvious errors.

    Message (Event ID 1001):
    Virtual Server 192.168.0.4: RE Server could not create a client connection
    object for user at host %2. The connection to this user is terminated. The
    data is the error.
