Hi

Thanks for the response. I have checked, as I had thought the reverse DNS
lookup doesn't work at the moment. I had thought this may well be the
problem, however I can still send email from the same server via telnet. I
have tried the same email address and it works just fine. As far as I can
tell this should indicate that we are not blacklisted and the reverse DNS
lookup is not causing the problem. From here I am not sure where to go as I
can't see the exact data that is exchanged with the remote mailserver.
Ideally I need to see the exact logs and a more specific error message at
the moment all I see is the error in the event log shown below. Hope that
you shed some light on the matter. Thanks
