Set up info@ as a shared mailbox (grant users send as rights to it in
exchange system manager) and grant the manager access as well so he/she can
see everything in it. The users can use the From field in a new Outlook
message to send as that address. Unisent from www.ivasoft.biz will put the
sent items in the shared mailbox, instead of the user's individual sent
items folder.
