SMTO : Problem not resolved -- Please Help

    The messages come in to our SMTP Server. If i do a message tracking it says
    SMTP: MESSAGE QUEUED FOR LOCAL DELIVERY. After this nothing is done to
    deliver the message to the mailbox. Where does the message go. how can i
    trace this message. Can i try and trigger this mail to be delivered or is it
    lost. Please Some one help. This is very urgent. I have checked the SMTP
    logs and it says the message has come to the system, this message is actually
    sent a mailing on an external mail server, where all our users are members of
    that mailing list. The SMTP tracking logs and the message tracker sees the
    message arrive, but then it is dropped off some where.
