I would start by taking the message at face value. You can use adsiedit or
ldp to get the properties on the mailbox in question. If it is missing
these values you may have an Active Directory Connector problem that needs
to be addressed. Does it have a valid homeMDB, msExchHomeServerName
value? If it's just missing you can try to manually add the value and test
to ensure that is the entire problem (compare a working user for format).
Also, are you seeing these for a lot of users or just one?

    Thread-Topic: Event ID 3011

    X-Tomcat-NG: microsoft.public.exchange2000.transport

Hi, I ahve this kind of eror message in Application log of my exchange
    server

    Date: 15/12/2004
    Source: MSExchangeTransport
    Time: 14:21:51
    Category: NDR
    Type: Error
    Evnt ID: 3011
    User: N/A
    Computer: servername
    Description:
A non-delivery report with a status code of 5.1.6 was generated for
    recipient rfc822;xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx (Message-ID
    <SERVER_DATIq12LRF5800007743@SERVER_DATI>).
Cause: One possible cause is that the user directory attributes for the
recipient such as homeMDB/msExchHomeServerName (the Exchange server on
    which
the recipients mailbox resides) might be missing or corrupted.
Solution: Check the user directory attributes integrity in Active Directory
and re-run the recipient update server (RUS) to make sure attributes
    required
for transport are valid and have been updated in Active Directory (and the
    metabase?).

    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks
