    The banner your seeing is from a PIX Firewall with the SMTP Fixup protocol
    enabled. This is blocking all but the basic SMTP verbs (commands) and will
    not allow ESMTP functionality. It is recommended that you disable the SMTP
    Fixup protocol on the PIX for any ESMTP Mail servers according to Cisco's
    website:
