Exchange 2003 on Windows SBS server : email stuck in categorizer

    I just realized that since installation(2 monthss ago) some email received
    via a POP3 connector are stuck in the categorizer
    (looking at the message tracking center...it stops at "SMTP:massage
    submitted to categorizer")

    After different testing it appears that it is likely the content of the
    message which causes problem: ie among other tries,we sent a simple
    message from the same external address and message was succesfully
    delivered while the normal message was stuck : however i can not see the
    difference between a simple messsage and the email being stuck.

    Question1: is it possible to recover the email being stuck (on a directory
    or with special soft)
    Question2: does somebody already solved a similar problem.
