I have an issue when i send mail to 2 other of my clients. i get the message
"Message submitted to categorizer" in my message tracking. the mail will
eventually go out or resolve itself. no ndr.i can send to anyone else at any
time, even duing the period when i can not send to the other clients.
i have seen this post several time on other message boards with no
resolution.
