Do you mean, you see a lot of mail from <> in your outbound queues? That's
your mail server itself - most likely trying to send an NDR to a spammer.
This is normal behavior...

If you're getting a lot of spam, head it off at the pass....stop it from
coming into your server to begin with. There's a lot of antispam software
out there - but even the inexensive Open Relay Filter (www.vamsoft.com) can
help curb quite a bit.
