Hi,
Store.exe using 800 Mb of RAM is not unusual. You can test SMTP by sending a
mail thru telnet:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;153119&Product=exchange
You might also want to talk to your ISP when the problem is there and have
them test the communication.
