E-mail rejected from direct connections

I am running Exchange 2000 server on W2k server with SP4 . My server is Not acting as SMTP relay .
Problem : To some of the domains if i send e-mails, i get the following error mssg
.If i send the same message through hotmail or yahoo , it goes through.

If i check the event log (Application Log) on the exchange server , there is no log related to the above NDR
Also , when i track the Email through ExcahngeSystem Manager ---> Message Traccking Center ----->
I see the following log :
