Messages stuck in local delivery are destined for the internal domain, not
external recipients. This is typically cause by either file level Antivirus
scanning inappropriate directories, or a problem with the information store
on that server.
Do you have any content filtering or spam software installed on this
server? Sometimes, this can be caused by the event sinks that they add to
the metabase (and therefore your routing).
