I personally know of no FREE spamware for Exchange 2003 but if you are
running ISA 2000 Server as your Firewall, it includes a Message Filtering
Feature. Also check your Antivirus software as it may offer some
capabilities for filtering SPAM. Also look at www.vamsoft.com for
inexpensive solution. You may also search google for some free spam filters
but most likely its open source and runs on Linux box.
