I am not sure you can just remove manually an Exchange Service Pack install.
Since there is no Uninstall for the Service Pack it is my understanding that
the SP changes so many files and registry entries it would not be wise.
This is what I was told when I asked the Product Team on why they do not
have an unistall for Exchange Service Packs. I have never heard of anyone
performing an uninstall of an Exchange Service pack, only restoring from
Backup. You can call Microsoft to confirm but my guess is that they will
tell you the same thing.
