Hi,
That would affect you since distribution lists in exchange 5.5 that are used
to assign permissions on private or public folders will be concerted to
universal distribution groups which can't be used for this purpose.
In native mode they will be converted to universal security groups.
So in short you will loose all permissions assigned in exchange.
