    Hi,

Try to create a new user account and do NOT make this account member of any
    domain administrative groups.
You can then make this account member of the local administrator group on
both exchange servers, give the user "service account admin" rights on the
5.5 server and delegate full Exchange administrator right on the 2000
    server.

    Hi,
Is it about GC(Global Catalog)because I have full
    permission in both ex5.5 & ex2k but I still can't access
infomation store through the Move process.Maybe it's about
GC because Ex5.5 can't work with GC?
    Thank you.
