Hi,

There could be multiple trouble-shooting ways to this.

1. Follow the KBA 282230 (XGEN: Error Message "HTTP/1.1 503 Service
Unavailable" on Multiple Web Sites on Single Server)

2. Check if the DNS entries are correct for the server returning the "HTTP
503 Service Unavailable"

3. Back up the IIS metabase, delete the Exadmin virtual directory, then
restart the SA(Microsoft Exchange System Attendant). Restore the Exadmin
folder from AD.

4. Stop IISAdmin service and the SA, re-register the following files, and
restart the IIS and Exchange services:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\oledb32.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\Oledb32r.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\Msdaipp.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\Msdaurl.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado\Msado15.dll

3. Check the OWA authentication settings.

--Exchange and Public(ESM): Basic(w/ Default Domain = jsrcc)
--Exchweb and Exchweb\bin(IIS): Anonymous

Hope this helps. Pls let me know.

Regards,
Subbu.
