That's a pretty generic error that just means they can't connect to the
mailbox, for one reason or another. Is that ALL it said or was there another
part to it? If there was another part, that could help us troubleshoot.
Considering this is the only user that didn't work... and I'm guessing he
worked before you moved him... I would check mailbox resources on both the
old server and the new server to verify that his mailbox move was
sucessfull. If you only see it on the new server, that's good. Then, I would
manually create a new MAPI profile on his workstation to hopefully resolve
your issue.
I've deployed TONS of migrations and I have seen cases like this before. It
was easier to just create a new MAPI profile for the one or two messed up
users, rather than try to find root cause of what happened when you moved
them.
