If you are 'migrating', then look on Microsoft's web site for the ADMT
(Active Directory Migration Tool). It will move users, groups, computers,
and passwords. It requires some practice, but it will do the job. If you
require more advanced features (and have the money), look at tools from
NetIQ, Quest, and Aelita. Once the account is created, you can select them
all and create a mailbox simultaneously using Active Directory Users and
Computers
