Hi,
I've just upgraded our Exchange 5.5 server to 2000 and i have encountered a
small problem. Due to the 1:1 ratio of users to mailboxes two of my
mailboxes have been mis-associated. Let me explain.
USER1 had two mailboxes MAILBOX1 (primary) and MAILBOX2 (secondary) which
was owned simply to make administration easier. What the ADC has done is
associated MAILBOX2 to the user instead of MAILBOX1 and created a dummy
account for mailbox.
USER1 can no longer access that mailbox now. Being new to Exchange2k, what
is the easiest method of changing the mailbox owner in Exchange 2000?? I've
been unable to find it as of yet!
Thanks.
James
