    Has anybody seen SMTPSVC error 418 on exchange 2000?
    Yesterday I had a problem where the SMTP and World Wide
    Web pulishing services were bouncing (starting and
    stopping)..I would like to know if anybody has seen this
    before and if the underlying problem was ever discovered..
