    Not sure what you're looking for regarding user account settings in
    outlook... the issue occurs for sporadically at different times and
    for different users, and occurs using Outlook or OWA.

    We don't have the best DNS setup... split DNS... internal and external
    DNS servers, same domain. On our internal network, MX record points
    to private address of our mail server.

    Don't know much about how the Worldsecure server is setup... only
    thing we did on our Exchange server is to create a connector to route
    e-mail to specific domains through Worldsecure.

    Everything works fine most of the time, but every once in a while the
    issue arises and someone will get bounce-backs with SMTP 550... the
    person next to them can send no problem... then after a few attempts
    the first person will get an e-mail through.
