POP3 Problem

We are currently running Exchange 2K on a SBS 2K server. Our incoming mail
is received via SMTP without problem. However, a few people want to download
their POP3 accounts. We have created the individual POP downloads in the
POP3 Connecter in Exchange, but encounter "Failed to check the pop3 account
for .... on port 110. The error is 10065" in the Event Viewer. The Event ID
is 12050.

I've seen where this can happen if you use the IP address of the POP3
server, but we're using the server name. I've checked and double-checked the
username, password and server name and it's all accurate.

Any help would much appreciated.
