POP3 Connector

Hi,

I am having problems with the POP3 mail connector on SBS 2003. The server
connects to the interenet using a modem (I know!!) which is dialed from
RRAS. When the POP3 connector tries to connect to the ISP the protocol
times out before the modem has finished dialing, causing the downloads to
fail. If the modem is already connected the the connector works perfectly.

Does anyone have any idea how I can change the timeout or any other fix for
this problem.
